Fuller's make there traditional English IPA using 3% caramel malt and an English pale malt. So I will cut out the Crystal 60 completely and drop back the caramel to 3%ish following Fuller's lead as I know that Fuller's are pretty historically accurate when it comes to many of there beers. I'd start with the averagely perfect IPA in the recipe section. But I have to say, recipes don't mean shite. A solid process can take an "off" recipe and make great beer. A fantastic recipe in the hands of a dumb-fisted brewer can make drain pour.

Recipe: Clean & Sanitise fermenter and associated equipment for brewing.
